Does search include talk/discussion pages?

If it doesn't then they won't become noise. At the moment we have so few talk/discussion pages in use that I haven't found one to test. Anyone know of an example?

And I found that by typing 'talk:' into the wikiMedia search bar that I can get access to talk pages and more importantly, unless I specifically look for a 'talk:' page it does not show up in the mediaWiki search results but does for the J wiki search. If I enter: "Talk:" in the top-right searchbar (is that the mediawiki or the J searchbar??) then it finds 9 instances. Most written by me, I fear, and very short. Here's 3 that have entries by other people: Talk:Articles/J_--_a_Glimpse_of_Heaven ; Talk:Standard_Library/break ; Talk:Vocabulary/Unreadability . Ian Clark (talk) 05:15, 20 November 2021 (UTC)

The mediaWiki search is the one in the upper right corner, the j wiki search is the one that is in the sidebar to the right and was written by Chris Burke. The j wiki search can even search on J primitives. Bob Therriault (talk) 05:45, 20 November 2021 (UTC)

Does delete put pages at risk during reboot?

I must have misread the information. Wiki's are set up so that deleted pages are tagged, but never removed unless you go to extraordinary lengths.

Quick Access Category Page and Wiki Web Crawl

I have created a page with some category tabs on it. https://code.jsoftware.com/wiki/Wiki/categories This will allow me to copy and paste from side by side tabs on my browser as I wander the corridors of the wiki. Feel free to update with your initials or additional categories. The format has to be <nowiki>[[Category:Delete]]</nowiki> so that the category declaration is ignored.

Also, Eric has already done a web crawl here, https://code.jsoftware.com/wiki/Eric_Iverson/Site_Map This may give us a jump on the pages to be trimmed. Easiest way to check if a page has been tagged when you land on it is to go to the bottom and check the categories.
