Talk:Wiki/prototype landing page

Initially I have just set up a table that will have these labels which will eventually be links to the different pages. Titles for the links, number of headings, and the number of entries in each column as well as the page design are all up for discussion. --Bob Therriault (talk) 06:10, 25 January 2022 (UTC)

I really like this layout. Once the links are live this will be far more welcoming than the current page. John Baker

This is looking great. Once the links are fully active this will a lot more welcoming that the current pages. I would urge everyone to check out how this looks an various devices. It looks great on my large monitor. I haven't seen it on phone and pads. Love the video Bob! John Baker

The information looks like about the right quantity and level. --In my Applications directory, the JHS icon is red, not gray. --The downloading icons could more logically follow the sample boxes. --The whole page could be condensed a bit vertically, to give a better overview on small screens. Thanks Art, In my applications directory the JHS icon is light blue, the j console is gray, the jQt is green and the break icon is yellow. The only time I see red is either the old j602 or the iOS versions. I could switch the yellow to the red, since the yellow is not really a version of J. I will look at the downloading icons and perhaps shrink the emojis and the gallery icons to reduce the vertical spread. Bob Therriault (talk) 06:34, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
