I just put this here because I thought it might be nicer to have it on the wiki than in the downloaded html zipfile.

I just manually broke it down into chapters and attempted some manual conversion to in emacs.

Probably it would be smarter to pipe the html through a script.

Things that need to be done:

• figure out where the images from the zipfile go, and upload them
• lots and lots of cleanup for the wiki markup.
• find some way to test all the examples and see if they're still modern j (and if not, update the text)
• update all the tables to use the modern box drawing characters

I make no commitments about actually doing any of these things, ever. So if you feel like doing any of these things, just go for it.
